In 2024, I entered the British Design & Art Direction’s New Blood Student Competition. I was tasked to create an iconographic symbol to inspire global solidarity in the movement against fossil fuels. My campaign was awarded a D&AD Pencil.

Drawing from the legacy of the peace sign, the "No Fossil Fuels" logo is designed to transcend language and culture, offering an emblem of hope and actionable change towards the global phase-out of fossil fuels. This symbol will be positioned to ignite a collective drive towards a sustainable future, engaging individuals and communities through digital platforms, physical merchandise, public installations, and global campaigns. Our approach is to embed the logo within the cultural zeitgeist, making it synonymous with personal and community commitment to a fossil-free future, thereby motivating widespread adoption and tangible environmental action.
